Intermediation

The function of financial intermediation which consists in putting in contact non-financial agents having a financing capacity called lenders with other non-financial agents having a financing need called borrowers.

We also do real estate intermediation, business, luxury goods, etc.

The International Commercial intermediation contract:
Sale or purchase contract

The client charges a natural or legal person (intermediary) with the management, advice and negotiation of concrete transactions with a previously determined client.

Once the transaction is concluded, the contract ends.

In this contract, the remuneration of the intermediary is only a commission on the
transaction carried out.
